Sherpa Jatin Suresh Bhatt
Jatin (Founder) brings in extensive experience in SAP, IT Security, Cloud migrations, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Digitization/Automation, Business Process Management, among others.
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant and MBA, he has obtained Certifications in SAP, CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), DISA (Diploma in Information Systems audit), Prince 2 Practitioner (for Project Management) , ITIL Foundation V3 (handling IT Service management). He is also trained in Agile, Information Systems Security among others.
He has worked with number of Indian and multi-national organizations in varying roles of progression. From an ERP standpoint he has been an ERP user, hands-on Consultant, Project Manager, formed off-shore on-site teams. He has set up global SOX teams. He has managed IT security in strategic as well as hands-on function. He has contributed towards Business Continuity planning and ensuring IT resilience through appropriate Disaster Recovery planning. He has set up simple and effective Digital solutions leading to significant organizational efficiencies. He has handled migrations of Office 365, new firewalls, new EDR (endpoint detection and response), planned and implemented new IT setups, incorporated IT Infrastructure and Applications on account of Mergers and Acquisitions.
Jatin shall be managing the entire suite of offerings of RoIT and shall be directly involved in all engagements.
Sherpa Suresh Kumar Mahadevu
Suresh brings in extensive expertise and experience in SAP – S4 Hana (on-premise and cloud) as well as ECC. He has handled number of Greenfield Implementation projects, support engagements, enhancements for Indian and multinational organizations. He works across SAP functional modules like MM, PP, QM, SD and has helped organizations map their business processes providing best fit solutions.
He comes in with strong industry experience thereby enhancing value to the customer with process insights apart from SAP deployments.
His 18 years of experience has seen him working with North America, Europe, Asia and Middle East geographies.
He shall be responsible for all SAP projects and support engagements.
Sherpa Mahesh K V
Mahesh has over 20 years of experience in Auditing & Assurance, IT Governance, Risk & Compliance, Third Party Assurance, Cybersecurity & Privacy. He has successfully delivered several large and complex engagements within Asia, Europe and Middle East.
He was associated with PwC India for more than 10 years. In his last role as an Associate Director in the Risk Assurance practice, he was engaged in IT Audits, SOX 404, IT Security & Risk assessments, ERP Security & Controls reviews, Third Party Assurance SAS70/SSAE16 and IFC Implementations. He has worked with several Fortune Global 500 companies, large BSE/NSE listed companies and SMEs from the Manufacturing, IT/ITeS and BFSI sectors. He has also worked in the London and German offices of PwC during this time.
Mahesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management Information Systems and Computer Applications from Osmania University. He is a CISA, CISSP and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor trained.
Mahesh shall be involved in assignments on Cyber Security, Privacy, IT Governance, IT audits among others.
Sherpa Shaik Sameevulla
Samee is an accomplished professional with 14 years of in-depth experience and a proven track record of success building high-performing teams and leading them to create practical, reliable and stable solutions. He has a post graduate degree as MCA and has obtained certifications in Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator and Microsoft Certified Professional.He shall be responsible for setting up and managing IT Infrastructure setups, Cloud migrations, setting up IT Service Management, bringing efficiencies in Vendor management among others.

This provides you the ability of integrating your businesses in Europe on SAP with our partner’s physical presence providing expert solutions locally. WE shall jointly own the deliverable giving you seamless experience.
GRC solutions
We have tied up with TRP Global of UK for implementing their Artificial Intelligence based Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) SaaS tool- iRM, which works across applications – SAP/Oracle and partnering applications/ interfaces. Having some great success stories in Europe and Middle East, we bring this offering to South Asia region. This shall help Board members and CXOs be assured on GRC compliance, help Segregation of Duties (SOD), ensure stronger governance with minimum oversight ultimately leading to cleaner audit reports.
